Refund and Returns Policy

At Cherry (mivox.top), your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right, and we’re here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for most items purchased from mivox.top.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and protective materials still attached.
- It must be in a resalable condition.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email).
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Downloaded software products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call us at 402-213-8114.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with specific return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required, and the correct return shipping address.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached. Clearly mark the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Return: Send your item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by Cherry, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
- If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error made by mivox.top.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or 402-213-8114.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Cherry Customer Service immediately (within 3 days of delivery) with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including covering the return shipping costs if applicable.
